After August 1, 2010, foreign participants can receive invitation from the Organizing committee. 

The text of an article has to be written in Russian or in English language and submitted by e-mail or by CD.
The following format should be prepared:
Paper of no more than 10 pages (including abstract, figures, tables, and references) is typed (Win/Word 6.0, 7.0, 8.0) in the Times New Roman 14-point font, 1.5 lines spacing; margins of the A4 format should be selected as 10 mm (top), 10 mm (bottom), 20 mm (left), and 10 mm (right). Figures also should be prepared in an electron form (Word, jpg, etc.). Figure captions and tables are formed as individual pages. The area for the disposal of the authors of posters will be 1.5 m (width) and 1 m (height).
